About ELI
Rising costs, the advent of budget airlines, and ever-increasing competition in the airline industry have made the precarious balance of cost management and customer satisfaction even more critical for success.
E.L.I.CA school, established in 2010 by Mr. Essam Mohamed and Mr. Sharif Shawi of Egypt, aims to help airlines reduce costs, increase quality, and close the cultural distance between the Middle East and the Far East.
We flies high with two business wings: E.L.I. Global Resources, a recruitment agency which provides the best Japanese applicants to Middle eastern airlines. E.L.I. shoulders the substantial recruiting burdens of the airline industry by reducing recruitment costs (through in-country seminars, initial screenings, advertising and effective word of mouth) and providing their client airlines with better-prepared and conditioned cabin crew candidates, thereby reducing later cabin crew turnover.
We started from E.L.I. Language Institute, from which experience we can produce future cabin crew and airport staff for international communication and cross-cultural understanding.
To provide students with the skills required to pass the leading airline recruitment screening process and succeed beyond it.
Between these two branches we select, train and prepare potential applicants so that airlines have more excellent candidates to choose from, thereby reducing costs associated with recruitment, and time required for new hires to adjust to a new cultural climate.
